Sarah is passionate about assisting her clients with property transactions, particularly in the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential sites. She has a specific interest in structuring and drafting documentation to suit the specific nature of a transaction. Her experience ranges across sale and purchase contracts (for residential, commercial, rural, vacant and unregistered land), put and call option deeds, leases for retail, commercial and industrial premises, design and construct contracts, consultant agreements, finance agreements, licence agreements, contracts for sale of business, franchise agreements, shareholder agreements and various other contractual agreements.

Sarah is privileged to be personally assisted by Julie Dimitriou, who has been a staff member of the firm for over 35 years.

Beyond the office, Sarah likes to escape the city and head on a road trip to a beach or farm. She also has an appreciation for disciplines outside of law, such as physics and philosophy, and will seize the right opportunity for creative writing.
